  • In-situ concrete foundations including strip, deep strip, reinforced wide strip, raft underpinning, pad and ring beam. Complete with formwork, steel reinforcement, ground heave protection and tanking.

    All formwork systems can be fitted; permanent, timber, steel and temporary soffit support if the site has split level and/or cantilevered beams.

  • Large attenuation, harvesting, soak away systems utilizing pipe, box & PCC culverts, plastic cell/attenuation tanks, plastic pipe or metal pipe can be installed and combined with different membranes and flow control units so that all projects can be provided for.

  • As part of the substructure construction we will incorporate the foundation walls where required. Within this part of the structure we can install root barriers, void formers, ground heave protection, in situ cavity fill and acoustic insulation.

    We specialize in external finishes for projects requiring basic surface finishes from block paving to high specification bespoke natural stone slab finishes with propriety high load jointing compounds.

  • As part of our service, we can construct concrete slabs utilizing traditional mesh reinforcement, steel or polyfibres.

    All projects can be catered for such as warehouses, schools, hospitals, offices, supermarkets, retail, or any project that requires a durable concrete hard standing.

  • Underground drainage systems in plastic, clay or large pre-cast concrete to construct to any type of residential. commercial or public building.

  • Where the structure requires in-situ retaining walls, basements, swimming pools, lift pits or support plinths for machinery - complete formwork and tanking services.

  • All types of man-made and natural paving, kerbs, edging and channels can be installed from basic flag stones to permeable paving for housing to car parks. A variety of jointing materials and techniques are available which range from simple sand fill and brush in compounds to proprietary flood and injection grout systems.

    We provide up to base course for footpaths, car parks and roads.

    For overflow parking, fire roads or areas of high pedestrian traffic, grass reinforcement may be required. We can install all types of reinforcement solutions such as light duty plastic systems, pre-grown systems and high load concrete systems.

  • We can remove spoil and import fill material on a large scale where the project requires. We undertake remediation, re-contouring and removal of material generated during construction.
